OTHERS ENJOY FAVORITISM. WORK DISTRIBUTION IS UNEQUAL AND SOME ENJOY NO WORK OR LESS WORK PRIVILEGE. Some get separate pvt side room in hospital besides lower in  rank on the basis of castism and nepotism. Others are treated as neglected. Only SC castes has some protection in promotions.
