They want 12 hrs of duty out of 8 hrs.
They mentally harass in sanctioning leaves.

THERE IS DISCRIMINATION IN PSU. CASTISM AND REGIONAL GROUPING PREVAILS.

HIGHER CASTES HAVE HOLD AND SUPRESS LOWER CAST PEOPLE.

PREJUDICE AND PERSONAL BRNEBITS ARE ABOVE ORGANIZATION S INTEREST.

NEPOTISM IS THERE.

U CANT EXPRESS TRUTH AND GOOD IDEAS ARE RARELY APPRECIATED.

OLD OFFICERS ARE FRUSTRATED THINGS..

HIGHER OFFICERS WORKS ON THE PRINCIPLE THAT STRICT AND OPPRESSION IS BEST WAY TO TAKE WORK.
OTHERS ENJOY FAVORITISM.

WORK DISTRIBUTION IS UNEQUAL AND SOME ENJOY NO WORK OR LESS WORK PRIVILEGE.

Some get separate pvt side room in hospital besides lower in  rank on the basis of castism and nepotism. Others are treated as neglected.

Only SC castes has some protection in promotions. Obc people suffers from grouping and castism.

Promotions ate not on merit and system adopted as kra is too manipulate-able by senior officers.

Threatened statements are commonly used for subordinates. Everytime mistakes and negative points are searched and scolded at subordinates.

Current govt also unable to bring any change in work culture.

Reality is that those who do not work in there young time gets uo to higher post anf harass others and misuse powers.

The make favour of their cast; group and relatives only.

Here i am posting the small things those were not mentioned by other sites for xolo q1100. 1. it seems zoomed version of 4.5 inch phone like xolo q700. font of icons are big and cant be customized to lower font and icon size. 2. Even the touch seemed to be zoomed and we have to move finger more for action on touch screen. 3. The GPU is really not power-full and cant play some 720P on HW mode in mx-player. Android transition animation is also not smooth. The xolo Q700 works great for these. 4. the charge lead is very short in length very inconvenient. Xolo q700 again better with a longer lead. 5. battery performance for the first 15 day of use is bad but become satisfactory as battery guru app take over. 6. sharp corner on big 5 inch screen make it difficult to grip well. 7. The OTA update download error occurs and the OTG support not there. For Arduino player it should be. Rest is find and lovable phone.

Glimpses of Sureshwari Devi at Haridwar

Hi Friends I am posting some Pictures of sureshwari devi Temple at Raja ji National Park Haridwar. It is a day of Ram navmi and crowds in the Rajaji national park. Before the entry of Rajaji National park the Prasad seller were saling prasad agressively by stoping passers. Amazingly 5 Rs Parking fees was taken from us by the name of Rajaji National park and Ecco jwalaput. Some Private security guards we standing and some lever toll were made. The climate was hot with some breeze. Dust was flying by vehicle tires. The red flowers of Dhak/Plas were nice view. Raw nature was sooting and relaxing us. We took some food in bhandara. Arrangements were not proper considering crowd. We spent some time in the tree shadow and it was relaxing. Good view and snap taken. It was pretty amazing that the civil work was done for almost dry river. In any case river will not breach the road. But as clear in india most corruption and blackmoney comes from false civil ...
