 Ainol Novo 7 Flame

I bought a novo flame recently from ainol india. i read a lot review online and decided to buy one. my observation are as below.

  1. yes the screen quality is good with 1280x800 on 7inch screen i.e. 216 ppi. pics and movies crisp clear. ips screen good angular view.
  2. touch quality is good. i installed a screen scratch guard but the screen touch now is not so good as was without screen guard.( update:: On further testing with stylus handwriting I found that the touch is not as good as my galaxy phone, I dont know why it is so. At some site i read that as screen size increases there is problem with touch quality.)
  3. love its sound. speaker not too loud but ear pleasing. i used my Samsung phone headphone and found sound almost as good as my Samsung galaxy sound ( little louder on flame).Update::: On further hearing i found that sound is good. The whole frequency production seems to be displaced toward higher frequency. Bass is good (almost) but the treable is little bit hard to hear. It may be due to loudness. overall 4.0 stars out of five for sound
  4. super hdmi transfer play. 720p and 1080p option available.
  5. processor nice 1.5 Gh amlogic. some say RK3066 would have been a better choice. but amlogic also works fine.
  6. 1 Gb ram and 16 Gb ROM empower it. some processing power goes for handling 216ppi screen. so it have less available graphics power than its low ppi brothers.
  7.  buttons quite good and sturdy. overall built quality is excellent,.
  8. Bluetooth is working nice.
  9. WiFi is very good and singles are full.  net surfing is good.
  10. battery backup while using WiFi net and watching movie mixed use  is about 6 hrs. battery mah is 5000 and so higher than Google nexus7.
  11.  idle state battery drain is very low and so can backup the idle tablet for mamy days.  
  12.  Tablet is slim and easy to hold.
  13. Movie play is nice. full point for this


Minus of tablet:: 

  1.  As read in other reviews one side of tablet becomes hot.  this doesn't seem the problem in winter. in summer it can be bear.
  2. 3d graphics performance is not upto the mark. this is due to high resolution screen handling.  keeping in view its price it can be compromised. temple run play very nice. there is lower performance for talking tom in comparison to my galaxy phone. overall it pass for time being but more gpu power is its future development requirement.
  3. I also find a typing lag sometimes.
  4. The  inclusion of GPS and sim slot would add stars.  its a must for Indian tab market. hope this will come in future models. although the navigation may be done through you mobile gps via Bluetooth.
  5. High end 3d games performance not so good as other same range tabs of low resolution.


    Overall :: Lovable and affordable tablet ****.



     *************ADD-UP**********

    1. I am continuously uning the tab. one android app stored the videos on internal memory and tab hanged up. when I started the tab it show scanning sd card.

    2. First I thought that I just wasted my money by buying the chineese tab.

    3. I contacted the AINOL they told me reset the tab by going through root boot up. Press power key + negative volume simultaneously for safe mode/root boot up.

    3. DOS type consle will come and tell you to do some listed action.

    4. I reset tab but problem didn't solved.

    5. I planned to send it back.

    7. then i though and booted up tab in the console listing i opted " wipe media cache".

    8. WOW !!!!!! Probem resolved.

    9. Yes Ainol is a quality product.

    xolo q 1100 review

    Here i am posting the small things those were not mentioned by other sites for xolo q1100. 1. it seems zoomed version of 4.5 inch phone like xolo q700. font of icons are big and cant be customized to lower font and icon size. 2. Even the touch seemed to be zoomed and we have to move finger more for action on touch screen. 3. The GPU is really not power-full and cant play some 720P on HW mode in mx-player. Android transition animation is also not smooth. The xolo Q700 works great for these. 4. the charge lead is very short in length very inconvenient. Xolo q700 again better with a longer lead. 5. battery performance for the first 15 day of use is bad but become satisfactory as battery guru app take over. 6. sharp corner on big 5 inch screen make it difficult to grip well. 7. The OTA update download error occurs and the OTG support not there. For Arduino player it should be. Rest is find and lovable phone.

    Glimpses of Sureshwari Devi at Haridwar

    Hi Friends I am posting some Pictures of sureshwari devi Temple at Raja ji National Park Haridwar. It is a day of Ram navmi and crowds in the Rajaji national park. Before the entry of Rajaji National park the Prasad seller were saling prasad agressively by stoping passers. Amazingly 5 Rs Parking fees was taken from us by the name of Rajaji National park and Ecco jwalaput. Some Private security guards we standing and some lever toll were made. The climate was hot with some breeze. Dust was flying by vehicle tires. The red flowers of Dhak/Plas were nice view. Raw nature was sooting and relaxing us. We took some food in bhandara. Arrangements were not proper considering crowd. We spent some time in the tree shadow and it was relaxing. Good view and snap taken. It was pretty amazing that the civil work was done for almost dry river. In any case river will not breach the road. But as clear in india most corruption and blackmoney comes from false civil ...
